1. How can I get the product and price information?

You can fill out the order swatch card form or directly contact our sales department for ask the detail information. For the swatch card is free of charge.

2. How to place an order?

With a view to reducing any possibility of making mistakes, we highly recommend that when placing order with our company, please send us a copy of your purchase order easily via fax(416-292-0129), e-mail or fill out the order fabrics form. Please clearly indicate your company name, purchase number, your sales representative, shipping address, required date, shipping method(pick up or by your preferred courier which you have account with), and courier Acct.#. All these information are important for us to process with your order with much ease and accuracy.

3. Is there any minimum order and cutting changes?

There is no minimum order quantity required, but 10% more or less will be convenient for us to round up your order. However, if you require the exact quantity you ordered, cutting charge of five dollars per cutting applies when cutting occurs.

4. What is the payment term policy?

For new customers, the payment terms can only be COD (VISA/American Express/Cash upon Delivery). But there is no rule of thumb in doing business. We always take all things into consideration and are flexible. Every customer will be asked to supply us with detailed company information by filling out the "credit application form", then credit check will be conducted by our accounting department. Once your account is opened, your payment terms and credit limits will be reviewed constantly, and a corresponding letter of confirmation will be sent out to you once we finish reviewing. For any overdue account, 2% monthly interest applies.

5. What is the shipping arrangement for orders?

Our shipping department will inform customers when orders are ready. For the courier service, we will not be arranged by our shipping department unless otherwise required by the customers. Please kindly being noticed that since we do not have the account with any courier, any freight charges marked by "PRE-PAID" will be dully shown on the invoice and it will not be the same rate as your account does. And there is a set cutting-off-time for some certain couriers, please check with our shipping department for more details.

6. What is the return and exchange policy?

Please don't mix different dye lots on the cutting table and if you have any questions or problems regarding the fabric, please notify us before cutting and the notice mucst be given to us within 7 days after the shipment is accepted by the buyer. We accept returns hassle-free if following conditions are met:

Goods must be uncut and be in original condition with complete packaging and label.
Please enclose your packing slip with a note telling us the reason for return and inform your sales representative befor you ship out the goods. Transportation charges on any fabric return or exchange must be bome by buyer.
After we receive the returned goods, a thorough check will be undergone by our warehouse, if the condition meet the above-mentioned, we will credit your credit card or issue a credit note in your account according to the set payment terms.
