The factory is perhaps one of the most important elements of the whole business because this is basically where the fabric is born.  Fabrics start out as lots and lot of yarn.  When the yarn is purchased and entered into the computer system, it is then warped and made ready to be used the knitting plants.  We have 68 warping knitting machines to accommodate for many different fabric constructions such as double needle bar machines and weft insertion machines.

        In our pursuit of quality and excellence, we have installed a $20 million Solvent Scouring machine and four of the best automatic stenter frames for presetting, drying, and setting.

       Currently, we have 26 dyeing tubs in operation providing the needs for our customers.  We also have an AIRO 1000 Milling machine to enhance the fabric handle, softness, and comfort.  When the fabrics have completed this process it is automatically packed for shipment.
